    There definitely is a PR update - there are too many sites showing changes for it to be a glitch. It takes time I believe, so for all those that haven't yet - wait a bit :)

    site less than two weeks old with no promo = pr3. Site that I did everything I usually do promo wise (usually get pr4 or pr5 each update like this), almost 3 months old = pr 0. wtf google?

    These are not actual PR, PR changes you might be noticing are possibly on the Root web address not on home page.
