    It will have pr 0 or 1 with good luck but i dont think :), you have time till august to improve your backlins number submiting your website in quallity web directories with high pr.

    You have a PR 0, your site is just 1 month old, normally google take a snapshot of your backlinks 1.5 months back. So your site have to wait for the next update after this july 24 update.
