I was wondering if google ha anything against subdomains disappearing and and then a different subdomain reappearing for a main domain.

Lets say I have a main domain called ... www.cookies.com
    I try to sell : chocolate.cookies.com ... noboy buys so I change to vanilla.cookies.com

Except ofcourse that a subdomain is treated as a new site, will google think that sites wich are connected to cookie.com are temporary and unrelevant sites ?

frequently changing the URL's of your pages is not a very good idea. I dont see there being a problem per se, but every time you change--you are starting over.

And if you do decide to change URL's for a particular page/folder/subdomain, don't forget to implement a 301 redirect from the old destination to the new.
