All of us know that Google have change its alogarithm but not everyone knows about "Trust Rank" is a new technique proposed by Zoltán Gyöngyi and Hector Garcia-Molina of stanford university and to semi-automatically separate reputable, good pages from SPAM, as I have investigate this technique have been applied on the new Google's alogarithm.

Interesting article. Looks like Google is really serious about fighting spam sites.
This is good for webmasters with "good" sites, which were often pulled out by various spam sites.

It's great that they're putting this but what if it accidentally filters out a site wrong. What legal repercussions would that have that they're blocking certain sites?

I'm not gonna bug myself with it until i hear about it from google.

And whatever tool/technique the will use i'm sure it will only depend on backlinks, traffic maybe and the number of clicks on your website when searching for a specific word. Which are all connected and we're already working on to get higher PageRank and then more traffic.
