It's nowadays hard for shopping sites to get indexed in google, instead, google use froogle to pick up your products for a few weeks and then ditch them. That sucks!

Somehow I doubt Google is penalizing all shopping sites. Since I am not involved as an e-tailer at the moment I can not say from personal experience; however, just yesterday I purchased a birthday gift online. Did a Google search, found the product, when to the site and purchased.

What type of shopping site do you have? Is it an affiliate site?

Google are not ditching shopping sites. This is what makes a large part of Google search up.

If they ditch all the shopping sites then people want use them as much. This is because most of the people that use the web either use Google to search for information or to search for a product that they want to buy online.
