What this tools is all about?
Its look like google adwords.

 

I've been playing with it and am not so sure about accuracy of results really. maybe im doing it wrong. what does everybody else think?

for starters its listing keywords that we rank really well for (1 & 2 kind of thing) as having 50 searches a month @ $4.36 a click and we havent had a single hit from in months. (and the searches aren't us )

for example "small business seo packages"

but it doesn't seem to list all the big searches we know are going on

 

This is really best gift of google to seo's
