Googles Keyword Tool. Local Searches

    One question about google keyword tool. if your targeting say just the UK, then its the local monthly searches and not the global is that correct?
    If so then what would you say was a good search number to look for as obviously local searches will be a lot lower.

    Why don't you use SerpAnalytics......

    It covers mainly 4 areas:

    Competitor Research
    Position Tracking
    Keyword Research
    SERP Tools

    It is based on Google and it also covers Adwords marketing giving you all useful information about Adwords....

    The keyword must have at least 500 or 1000 local search a month but it really depends on
    your keyword. If it's too targeted, naturally, the figures will be much lower.

    SerpAnalytics seems to be USA based so not much use if your targeting your keywords to the UK. Looks like a good tool , thanks for the link.
