is that a "news" for you or what ? the spam sites are everywhere and are ranked much higher then the legitimate sites .. try searching "viagra" or "tramadol" or "cialis" or any other high demand meds for example ) you'll have lot of fun and there's nothing that can be done about it .. the only strategic cure to it is diversity of search engines .. ppl are giving a monopoly to G which is WRONG - no matter what G is or what G does or if it's G or any other company. You give someone a monopoly - you're the biggest looser at the end.
I have tried searching the keywords you are talking about and all results look normal to me. The query was done on google.com
keep doing the search, and every day you'll see other results .. the moment i wrote this message there was at least 1 forum spam on an .edu domain showing up on the 1-st page of the search .. now it's not there .. at this moment i found one at the 4-th page, linking to setiathome.berkeley.edu/view_profile.php?userid=8718256 (which is now disabled) wait till tomorrow, see who comes forward next
oh and yes .. try searching for cialis .. i see this on first page and there's much more .. i'm not going to paste them all here
Well if there's 10x as many site spamming for those terms than legitimate sites it's hard for Google to catch them all.
This is alot different to the .cn issue, what you posted is just good old fashioned spam probably with a bit of modern Xrumer thrown in.
