I knew about BestBuySucks.com and others, but I didn't know there was a Google Hate Site. *The URL includes the word F*CK so if you're at work, maybe you shouldn't open it. Apparently with the mass firings of DoubleClick employees they have a ton of new tips from angry employees.
Interesting site.. I just love gossip! Google must have had their reasons for firing the people they fired though. With that many employees its only normal that massages are planned months in advance
I'd don't think that the person behind the site is going to be that bothered about making a decent site, it's obviously just going to be "gossip" about Google.
There will always be a disenting vote for any company, especially a company as large as Google. Whether most of the content warrants actual attention is up for debate, it mostly looks like a childish rant blog by a teenager. If it really is by former Google employee's I'm surprised how horrid it looks, I'm sure they have all had some lectures about why red BG's burn your eyes, and how to properly structure a website. As for the Doubleclick layoffs...it happens essentially every time a company is merged or aquired, you have to reduce overheard and multiple job positions, no reason to have excess employees for the sake of not laying anyone off.
Yeap you know that you have hit the big league when you have a yourcompanysucks or expletives(yourcompany) web site.
I agree. This site sounds like Horse-Poo rumor crap. Anyone can put up a site and stir a bunch of fake stuff. I believe this site is one of them, for sure. The articles in there are pretty much mouthy babble and don't have a real value to them, though.
lol !! this is a great site to create a big buzz and get a lot of free baclinks, but no good information about the google tips that he mentions...
Every big company and political candidate is going to have their own hate site against them. Shouldn't be surprised that one popped up about Google. I'll have to visit it when I get the chance.
Here's another anit-Google site. This one tells you how using Gmail allows Google to spy on you http://www.gmail-is-too-creepy.com/
To be honest I think it's fake and was created to gain attention like this. I was reading the first post on how two people got fired for sending tips to him, via Gmail. If they are working for Google they are seriously not that stupid, to use gmail, something tells me this story is made up does anybody else agree
