I don't think Google have their own dofollow blog search tool.The link you've provided is a custom search engine from Google which any Google member can create.

 

Yeah I realized that after I posted it. It's still a useful tool for someone who wants to use it. Google's custom search is limited to few websites so the one below will provide better results:

yes dear. i too realised same... i have seen that search engine which is connected to google adsense.the thread poster trying to do some advertaisement here..i guess...

 

this is really a good tool, but still i have doubt that google will allow people to generate dofollow links for them site

Edit: after reading above comments I check this url and i do agree with above that it is a spam or advertisement , first i really thought its google's official page , because of google.com in start of the url, but now i get it is trick

 

I didn't find out how it works as I search for my blog beingPC.com which is a dofollow blow blog it is not giving any results
