Interesting observation in regards to how Google is caching pages.
On my website blog pages get cached almost instantaneously within minutes of its creation. Some of the new pages get cached within 24 hours. However I have pages which has not been cached for months. Any idea on Google's algorithm logic around that?

Google loves the websites whose content is frequently updated. Along with website's popularity, google love blogs as their content is frequently updated. You will need submit your websites to good directories and update your content frequently so that your pages are crawled. You may also create sitemap and submit it to google.
