Google's cache still showing old page

I am having a huge problem with Google. They have one of my site's still stuck with the parking page I had over a 2 months ago. What must I do to help Google flush this out and display my new page/design with all the new content?

 

Get links to your site (is it the one in your signature? if not - put it in there).

 

What also works: getting adsense on there. The cache used by google is shared between adsense and the search-bot. So although the adsense bot does not change your ratings (or so they say), it does help with getting your most recent content in the bot - at least for the index-page. Once that's in there, the other pages should be more easily found by the google-bot as well.

 

i have adsense on there. Still no avail.
I've even linked to it from my site that does so well in the SERPS. Not helping at all.
