LOS ANGELES -- Short Internet videos from the creator of the animated TV show "Family Guy" and Raven-Symone, star of the Disney Channel show "That's So Raven," will be distributed over Google Inc.'s AdSense network, it was announced Thursday. I hope everyone who deals with adsense would have come across this. Do anyone knows how will this benefits the adsense publisher,s and if yes then why.
My understanding is that there will be a button in Adsense to view the video - which would be surrounded by ads. I assume (hope) that the Adsense publisher will get a % of this or a flat fee per click. There is only so much "Raven" people can watch (my stomach's limit is 1/2 episode) so I don't see it being a big money maker with the current content.
Why would they be doing that? I mean I can understand that they probobly will be making some money, (Like tobycoke said) but thats a Child show, if I know what show your talking about, and I just dont know why they would do something like that.

It's always good to have new ads coming out, but I don't use image/video ads as they pay horribly (yes even worse then the MFA text ads!)
Well, it's always better to have more variety. It simply gives webmasters more choices. (But I'm afraid FanAddict is right.)
