They log clicks by ip. If you click on your own ads, it is obvious you will be banned. Plus when there is click fraud they refund the money to the advertisers.

They do not keep it themselves as can be seen from a recent lawsuit.

Again, how does when Google decides to enforce the terms you agreed to have any effect whether it is a fraud? Additionally, how do you know for sure that this particular method is exactly what Google does, other than your personal experience?

You don't know yet that it wasn't detected. I've been audited for invalid clicks I've had that occurred 6 months ago.

I doubt this is actually the case, considering banned publishers often don't know exactly what they've been banned for.

Paying much or little from a program doesn't mean it's committing fraud. Fraud is when it knowingly and decisively takes steps to shortchange people unethically. Additionally, you can choose whether or not to opt in to the site-specific advertiser settings.

Understandably, it's frustrating sometimes when Google isn't always able to catch people who are trying to scam the system, but whether or not it is committing fraud should be based not on how the program may appear to work but rather Google's stated policies and intentions of their program.

Google will review your account and the statistics before you get paid - you will get banned. People get refunds on Adwords all the time for "low quality clicks" or "invalid" clicks. I know this because I get refunds each month.

    Freewebspace,
How can you openly state you were cheating REPEATEDLY the advertisers with 25% of their money?

People like you made Google ban honest publishers based on suspicions.

You are an Indian. Don't you know the Karma law will come to bite you?
Sorry man, you need to fix your ways.

You see I am not stupid I know the Karma law and all other law and I was just pointing out the flaws in Google's adsense as a publisher I know that it is wrong

I am sure that I will get banned thats only I openely admitted here

You can know that no one openly admitted here about that ,

I am going to cancel the account and apply for a fresh account

As I am not against my consience

for all those who have said me cheat,.....

A cheat would not accept his guilty

To know the disadvantages of a system we should be on wrong side

after finding the loopholes and other things it helps you to clean or correct the system

Will you keep the $25 or give it back when you close your account? If you keep it, are you not still cheating? What would the Karma say about that?

Fixing bad Karma. This is starting to sound like an episode of "My Name is Earl".

Anyway, I commend you for trying to make things right. However, I don't think G will give you another account. But we'll see.

They claimed to be the world number 1 source of online income, but they are not genuine, if they are genuine , why is it that if they realize some one click is going quick higher , they disable the person, mean while they do not know the number of traffic the site is generating a day?
That is why i am always at : bondali.webs.com it the only site i trust.

Well the fact is the refund the click fraud so they make no profit! You would be amazed at the amount of people who do click fraud. Just because they don't ban you straight away doesn't mean that they are doing something wrong. In fact, they may even be giving you the benefit of the doubt! They detect that you are clicking on your own ads, but give you a chance to generate traffic and earn but if you don't then they just ban you. Ever thought of it that way?

You are truly a dumbass. I bet you were one of those guys who tell all their friends "IM GONNA BE RICH!!! I GOT APPROVED FOR THIS THING CALLED ADSENSE WHERE PEOPLE CLICK ON MY ADS AND I GET PAYED, BUT I'M GONNA CLICK MY OWN ADS EVERY NOW AND THEN AND THEY WONT KNOW".... You deserve to get banned and lose all your money, google is not a fraud.... If you had ANY skill, like me, you would be making $4000 a month from LEGAL clicks, like me.
