    Its nice to know when your site that you have worked hard on is approved by another, especially another as big as Google.

    I could care less really about PR, but once i found out mine raised, i did get a nice warm feeling inside, so .... there ya have it

    The lesson: Work hard, and your PR is sure to increase. Don't let PR0 for a few months get you down :)

    Got a PR6 finally!

    As far back as I can remember (several years) I have been a solid 5 that passed 4 or 5 ranks to other pages. Today I notice I'm a 6.. very happy

    Hey,
    All my websites have got their PR down.
    For a few of my blogs i went from PR4 to PR0 ( 2 blogs ) and i havent done anything new ( except switch from the old blogger theme to the new one maybe ) and a few other websites from PR3 to Pr1..
    I am not sure how/why.
    any idea?

    i lost and and i agained. what i can say is that it seems google are no longer counting reciprocals.

    my sites with a lot of reciprocal back links lost PR. my sites with no reciprocals remained rock steady or gained PR. basically it seems that google is taking reciprocals into account even less than before. i noticed this in the serps a long time ago, now the change has come to PR.

    basically, i'd say the Google PR number has caught up with the reality in the SERP's.

    so, what does this mean? you can't rely on reciprocals, and link buying (via penalties on sellers) is punished. google raised the bar webmasters have to jump over. it's really high now for beginners, if you don't already own a few websites, it's gonna be awful hard to get in the game and compete with established players.

    Know that Big G has finally updated Page Rank after 6 months!!


    When you except the next page rank to be updated!!:D

    I know it would be too early to even guess. But still


    I think it would be around March.
