Google's 2007 Q4 PageRank (PR) Update - 10/13/07

my website went from n/a to 4 (5 of my pages)

 

site 1: 6 --> 5 more links and more traffic than ever.
site 2: 2 --> 5 hadly any links or traffic.

*scratches head, watches stress hair fall*

(actually, after a couple of years of feeling OWNED by PR, I feel free of it. Not spending money on links, letting go of my big plan to sell links when reached PR 7, and more traffic than ever inspite of PR drop. Good bye PR. You were one of my worst relationships. Only false hopes and broken promises. But what to replace it?)

With more links than ever, and more G traffic than ever, one site dropped from 6 to 5. another, with hardly any links jumped up from 2 to 5.

 

i think everyone is experiencing the same problem. i'm getting an error when viewing pm.

 

Nice.. Google update was finally over and I one of those people who is satisfied to have PR. hehe

 

I think i have my directory submitted to all of them. (haven't checked there sites out in a few months)

My directory currently went from a PR2 to a PR3. I hope it stay's this way in the next few days or moves up. lol

Those 4 directories i predict will come back better then ever in 2008.

Example

Cookie setting when logging in, Keep getting logged out or anything like that. I started my own post and made work for the moderator when it wasn't necessary.

Please try to remember this in the future!

Getting errors when viewing PMs and having topics from yesterday as being the newist.

My pr 4 sites, went pr 2 and even pr 1 for one of them. My Pr 0 (new sites) went pr 2 or 1, and my pr 3 went pr 2..... IT SUCKS... I don't even care if my new sites got a pr but why the hell would they drop my pr 4 sites to 2? effin sux.

 

Now that PR is inconsistent, it can no longer be taken seriously. It reduces the value of PR to almost nothing at all. Time to find other solutions people

 

They are PR4 now. I don't know what their rank was before but from the sound of your reply they it must have dropped. Google has warned that link directories are going to be penalized.

 

you should have a lot of link then.
maybe you start this site just before the las dance ?

 

ROFFLE!!!! They will go in the database after Update, and manually type in 9 or 10 for Pagerank lol. It's part of their company no matter how low it is valued

One of my sites went from 5 to two... So far i am the only person suffering from this that I see... Strange thing is that most of my content pages have a 3...

On the bright side.. http://www.8774e4voip.com went from N/A to 3 - Not bad I guess for a site that is about 3 months old...

Why am I logged out after every click in forum?
I click on new Topic, it asking me to log in, after posting it (1minute later) again want log in info?

I have cookies OK, all is same as months ago, and it not working only today, and yesterday,...

Whats wrong with it?

Did you buy links on dropped domains??? Did you take the time to check the sites you bought the links from??? I think there's your answer.
