Google's 2007 Q4 PageRank (PR) Update - 10/13/07

i have seen PR going to 5 from current 2 on one website.
Rest of the sites are with lower PR.

My site PR has been updated too.

 

I have not read all of this thread as it's to long, but the only answer I can find for this is that Google has made adjustments to the way they calculate PR and one of them is that it's become more stricture and harder to get a higher PR now.

My site's gone from a PR5 to a PR4. I was especting a PR6. I'm happy with a PR4 though as my competitors have had the same happen to them in that one has gone from PR4 to PR3 and the other one which is the main competitor has gone from PR6 right down to PR3, which is a very large drop.

My other sites have also lost PR in that they are all now PR2 when they use to be PR3's and PR4's.

My new site that didn't have any PR has gone straight to a PR2. I guess the advertising campaign went alright even though I have not done as much advertising for it as what I wanted to do before the PR update. Had many other things to do.

 

My blog rose from a N/A to PR4.

 

My all site PR is down there is scale adjustment by Google

 

Most of my sites were updated to PR5 and PR4 along with their pages. Check yours now. No PR decrease on any of my sites/pages by the way.

5 PR4 -> PR5
4 n/a -> PR5

1 PR3 -> PR4
1 PR2 -> PR4
4 PR0 -> PR4
3 n/a -> PR4

2 PR6 = PR6
1 PR5 = PR5
1 PR4 = PR4

 

Increased PR ratings for all sites except one decrease. The huge sites are seeing ODD PR ratings. I don't get that one? The Google Dance was rather beneficial this round

 

All my sites went up in PR today!!! Yipee , PR5 for Thailand Search and many more! About bloody time

 

I went from having almost 200 pr0s to having about 100 pr2-3s

My homepage used to be 4, now it is 3 on most data centres, but still 4 on two of them

Good job I am not bothered about pagerank

Many of the pages on my site are at position number one in Google, but they have low or zero page rank

 

I went from no PR to PR3 without any real backlink building effort so I'm really happy about it

Not sure, but i think It is not completed, getting variations in result of continue checking

 

Mine went from PR3 to PR1 after I put so much work into getting backlinks.

I don't sell links either.

Any one noticed internal pages update? I have some old sites with back link to internal pages but don't see update on them only home page

 

And I happen to create both of my new sites the day before the update!

Now I have to wait until the next one!
