Google's 2007 Q4 PageRank (PR) Update - 10/13/07

But yeah still none of my sites have been hit, not even my pr6 blogs or anything. Its weird

 

the weird think is that this update left me with 3 PR7 domain and none PR5
and i also doubt that this is finished

 

PR 4, PR 6, PR 7, and you guys have many? Think I really need to work out my stuff. I just can't wait to add my website to link exchange offers. Would do real good for my website if Google could "make an error" on my PR...

 

I'm with you on that! A year or so ago my site was PR5; the last few toolbar exports it has been PR4. But my traffic is through the roof compared to last year, despite last year's higher PR. Keep working on your websites!

Peon Rank was not meant as a personal attack against anyone. What I was referring to is in a very indirect way was that G seems to be knocking good PR sites of 4-6 down to 0-3. Makes one feel like a peon including myself. Regardless traffic is still the same or slightly improved so I don't really see PR having the relevance it once had in the last year.

 

guys..my site dropped frmm PR 5 to PR3.

 

and mines droped from 0.00001 to 0.000009 , oh why did it have to happen to me??

Yes, google will haunt you down . No really, I read a lot of sites that have dropped a bunch. Google is playing with us again.

 

i think this update is for sites selling links like web directories.. I have not noticed any changes for my sites till now

 

Mine dropped to 3, now it's 2. Amazing.

Are people keeping an eye on the PR update because their site's PR can affect their link sales? Besides that reason, I can't see why everyone's so hyper about this whole PR update thing.

Anyway... I guess only active link sellers are getting a PR drop/increase.

 

yeppp..not quite sure what to make of it. Last week one of my site drppoed from PR4 to PR3 and yesterady it took another plunge to PR2. Weird thing is....the results at the SERPS are up.

All my other sites remain unchanged since april this year.

 

For now, yes. But we have to await the whole Googlr PR rollout to find the answer to this.

 

I actually made a post about this. It seems that a lot of people (link sellers, especially) have been startled because of the seemingly on-going PR update.

My sites wherein I haven't selling links are not having a PR raise/drop.

My 9 sites have no PR changes
