    I used to care alot about PR increase but not no more - simply because over the last month I have started to rank high for keywords related to my site and getting 200+ uniques daily from search engine traffic which to me makes me feel like I've done something right regardless of my sites PR :)

    I think this is a so called google dance, the only sites of mine that have changed are myspace subdomains

    I think google are doing all the big boys - established sites first - the new sites will probably be last in my opinion

    Since PR does appear to be dropping for a number of sites, it'll be good for those that remain.

    Although it still only has value to those selling links or domains to others that care about it. There are plenty of sites with little PR, but are worth a fortune due to their income they generate.

    The way we see it, PR value this time might get doubled. I think, gaining such PR value (ex:pR5-PR8) takes a lot of hard work, I mean "really hard work" this time.

    There are already only a handful of PR 10 sites as it is, there used to be only like 4 or 5.

    All in all, I think it was a good move. It does indeed make Pagerank 2 and 3 more appealing since most sites got it automatically after a good month or so.

    Its just sad to hear people talking about the link value of pr2 or pr3. You make a site for users.. to provide info. Not for PR. Its the drive for money, this madness who caused this little Google crisis.

    Since loosing PR across a few sites and just a slight upturn on traffic I have come to the conclusion that PR = Peon Rank.:D

    In the last year I have decided not to focus so much on PR but more on content on some sites and SEO on others.

    Why peon.. real fun. All those ranks in the DP forums.. you cant even tell if someone is trustfull or has knowledge by their amount of posts.. simply because everyone talks shit.. I see people here with 2000 or most posts, talking b*llshit..
