    PR updates all the time, but we only see the update 4 times a year. Pr is one of the factors which decides SERPs

    what is your experience with iwebtool PR prediction tool?
    is it predicted PR is correct after PR update? if not what is the difference?

    To me it appears to act like a random number generator - i've everything from "insufficient backlinks" to PR 5 (99% accuracy)

    no-one knows how google works out pr for sure.

    iwebtool predicted pr 5 at the beginning of month for my site, now its saying Insufficient Data. :)
