    Mong will have to answer probably, but I think he/she simply changed N/A to "OFF." But I am not positive.

    I noticed another set of DCs showing 0 this morning. I don't think it means a thing.

    No, N/A is displayed for very new webpages (which have a grey bar and have not been assigned any PR by Google). The sites I am talking about are PR 5 / 4 and 3. So their PR cannot be N/A.

    btw if OFF is confusing to you on digpagerank
    then you can suggest a better flag keywords for DC which is not available at the moment.

    everyone is waiting for pr update want to see what will happen to pages having pr3-4 but most of them in supplemental res. this problem is with a huge no. of sites.

    You don't need an update to tell your PR is too low. All the supplemental results already tells you that.
