    Perhaps they don't want to give up PR... but yet they want some control. The natural thing to do is to make pr stricter. I would expect major drop in PR for many sites.

    I do have a question, when the PR does update does it do all sites instantly or is it a process where by some sites get updated then others the next day/week ?
