    I saw a few changes. All but were upticks and all have been rolled back.

    One way of getting a sense of what is going on with your site is to enroll in google alerts. This lets you know when a backlink to your site has been found by the spiders. You might go a month without getting an alert and then, all of a sudden, you get five in a day, then a bunch more the next day. A few of those days and you will have a really good idea of how your back linking program is doing.

    yes i agree. they are developing new algorithm to find our paid links. but i don't think, they can get every paid link easily.

    They may be moving the software from PC286GPR to PC386GPR, and they probably stuck with adjusting one ISA slot into a new slot which can accept PLS card.
