Hey, maybe this PR update was supposed to happen mid august, but everyone from google went on a trip to the the Hawaii and just fell in love with the surfboarding and the beautiful coconuts there and decided never to get back.

I guess our only hope is to wait until Mr. Page realize that his only frikin chance for a PR update is to outsource the rank from Yahoo's databases! And this is why there are rumors going that there will be no more Pagerank, but rather, WebRank which is a Yahoo's trademark.

frikin coconuts........and frikin programmers-surfers!!!! Your days are numbered!

I see a lot of datacenters "down" today.
Not sure if that a sign for something or not...

My one site shot up on google to #3 on P1 wich is very nice. Then oddly, after 2 days showed up on yahoo P1 after being completly ignored. It's a myspace resource site so the traffic is insane, but time to buy more bandwidth.

I don't think they have any DNS problems, they just redirect traffic for a while to get more money, that's all.

I don't believe the owner would do that; also the issue is different. At work it appears to occur, yet at home it does work... visitors would also lose faith in his site and tool hence its in his best interest to resolve the problem which i know he has done on numerous occasions. The issue is definately not the fault or a hidden agenda of the owner...

Definitely, the djixas obviously has no idea how DNS works. If he/she has bothered to read the other threads, he/she would know that Mong switched hosts, but it appears as if the DNS did not propagate properly, from the outside it looks like a ridiculously long cache time was set.

I posted in several different places how to edit your hosts file so that the site will come up correctly consistently, but djixas would rather make ridiculous claims. Redirecting to an empty netfirm's pages loses him clicks, not gains them. But I don't think we need to explain why 1+1 = 2.

    -----

BTW Mong, any word from netfirms?
