    How do you explain this:

    I was a PR3 since the last PR Update. 3 weeks ago I changed to a PR4 on all DCs. Now, this was 3 weeks ago!
    Did anybody change also? I cannot possibly think I was the only one. :confused:

    - traffic comes from Google
    - to get much traffic from Google you need to be positioned well in Google SERPs
    - to be positioned well in Google SERPs you need "good" links
    - the only valid factor for a link being "good" webmasters know of for sure is the PR of the page with a link

    => PR is relevant to get traffic

    As far as i remember PR update always happen on the last week of the month.
    So there are still 2 remaining possibilities to wrap up this year's update...

    Q3 PR Update - Last week of August
    Q4 PR Update - Last week of November
    or
    Q3 PR Update - Last week of September
    Q4 PR Update - Last week of December
