    Imagine how much useful work you lot could of done if you hadn't spent every hour of every day checking for pagerank updates.

    Toolbar page rank was googles greatest invention. it diverts everyones attention from discovering much easier ways of manipulating googles algorithm.

    i can confirm that high pr-backlinks, even nonrelatet, bring you on top of serps. i have bought a pr9 backlink and landed on place 1 out of 5'680'000 hits with that specific anchor text in a few days!

    LOL - well that wasn't the intention of the thread.

    I still don't see any signs of the PR update, except for the very few sites mentioned in this thread. I've watched a couple of sites I know will get increases, because of their many new backlinks and improvements in SEO, but still nothing. This update seems very delayed.
