    Some of my new sites have gotten a page rank, I am guessing google are starting to update the page ranks? or am I wrong?

    I guess I'm the first here, so it's compulsory to say ... not yet the PR update isn't due for a few weeks yet ...

    (unless you have some real hard evidence?) :)

    I am using SearchStatus addon on firefox and it is showing as PR2 but on pagerank checker websites it shows as N/A so maybe its just a bug. But it only just started showing now.

    If you right click on the pagerank button you can view the cache, and then you can see the ip number of the google datacenter you're on.

    Ah, time for the quarterly Google PageRank update rumors. I expect by the end of this month PageRank will be updated across all datacenters. Expect Google to "take a snapshot" of your site at any time over the next two weeks to determine its ranking.
