    One thing everyone needs to understand is that every site indexed by Google does not change PR by the flip of a switch. Some domains will update before others. Depending on your location, you may be pulling PR from one datacenter while someone else will be pulling the PR from another datacenter. The keyword here is "TIME". You've got to give it time for all the millions and millions of sites to be updated and for all the datacenters to propagate the new PR's.

    This is something that happens every 3 months... it's not like a once in a lifetime event, so everyone sit back, relax and take a deep breath.
