    i wont really consider PR N/A to PR 0 as Full update. However it indicates that it just started.

    What will happen in the next few hours/days:

    1) Roll Back of PR to 0
    2) Recalculating PR
    3) Updating all DC with new PR

    seems that all new sites that wernt in the last update are going to PR0 fro N/A

    Then i expect the full update to begin and those PR0 sites to be given a value.

    ***********************

    One thing to note.

    i have a parked domain (a domain pointing to another domain)

    its starting to show PR3 in some DCs, rather than the PR0 it used to have. I think update will be this wk end :D

    I just nearly had a heart attack. I saw a PR6 popping up on digpagerank. Too bad I did a typo and looked up johnchow.com instead of johncow.com :D

    Wrong. Here is an old established site that is seeing change:

    And I am convinced we are looking at a canonicalization update.

    Seems they have to release some backlinks and PR in order to see the modifications made to the way Google handles canonicalization...

    i noticed that 6 and 8 difference since last 2-3 days, so i wont say this has any relation to what we are prolly discussing.

    Got something interesting from Matt's post. You need to always read between the lines when matt posts something:D
    My analysis:

    1) Google is working on canonicalization update before the PR update. Very likely what we see is not the actual PR update but simply a canonicalization update.

    2) Matt says "Google generally has your PageRank stored and uses it correctly in scoring"...SLAP on face of those who keep claiming PR has nothing to do with SERPS. PERIOD!

    Real PR has everything to do with SERPs. Visible toolbar PR, well that's another story. The key behind the Google index is quality, relevant backlinks and the anchor text in them. It is becoming less and less on-page centered. So, anyone that says that PR doesn't have anything to do with SERPs knows absolutely nothing about Google or ranking well there.

    Definitely there is something going on.

    My main site has been changing for the last 2 weeks from PR3 to PR5.
    Today in all DC is PR5 and also toolbar PR show PR5
