    No not true.

I am seeing changes in some of my established sites as well. Some inner pages have gained PR in some DCs. I assume it will take a week or so to get updated fully.

Yes, that's what it looks like and only on selective sites so far.

I agree. I saw these changes happen Friday July 20th. I have a blog that has a PR3 on the main page and it now has one internal page at a PR4, but like I said that was over two weeks ago.

Why my site shows FAKE pagerank after the update?

one of my internal pages in the forum (this http://www.loreleiweb.com/forum/arcade.php?) used to be pr1... now it shows PR3 in the toolbar, but, when i check with dig pagerank, it show s red (and i didnt park it to any pr, didnt do ANY manipulations with it).

the prob is, if i check the url as it is, with "?" in the end, i see fake PR
    http://www.digpagerank.com/index.php?url=http://www.loreleiweb.com/forum/arcade.php?&dc=1

if i check without it, it shows green...
    http://www.digpagerank.com/index.php?url=http://www.loreleiweb.com/forum/arcade.php&dc=1

Does anyone know what is this supposed to mean?

That's not true for me. I am seeing changes on some datacenters for my sites, all of which are established.

It started several days ago, and now it is affecting more datacenters than it was then.

    best,
    Denise

Its because Google PR are sensitive for url.
If you include '?' then that '?' doesn't match with the info google has about rest of the url so PR would not be declared as valid. :)
