    You would play a risky game trying to mess with the big players of the internet. Apple have seized hundreds of domains and website recently. Google will be next! Especially with something as provocative as that.

    Does other drivers' behavior of going 100 or more in a 60-kph road tell you whether
    something's allowed or not?

    To answer your previous question: zero as well. Google may not go after everyone,
    and those that do get caught can't really complain after.

    Search online and you'll see how aggressive Google is.
