    I will say, It depends on how do you use it. If you use it with a banner like this

    and try to show it is an official Google website. You will be screwed by Google. After you buy this domain, it is not my responsibility, whether you sell it, use it or give it away to Google.

    One good method to use this domain is to use it as Google Top 10 Placement Services.
    I found many such domains selling for High prices on SEDO and Godaddy Marketplace, so I dont think there is any problem in the domain.
    Bid only if you are completely aware of the risk involved.
