Googlepages getting PR advantage?

    I am wondering whether Google page have some PR advantage over other domains. All the gooole page based sites that i have come across has moderate PR... (PR 2- PR 4).

    Even my test site in googlepage which has only 1 back links is PR 4 now.

    I think google page creator can be used as a tool for SEO as it is favoured by Google.
