I think I would worry about copyright infringement.

 

Expect your Adsense account to be disabled as soon as they find out, and to receive a letter from Google lawyers asking you to had over the domain...

 

Why? There's a link to google in all the pages where there are a search box. However is google which give us the possibility to insert hit search box in our website...

Yes It can be a copyright issue, But I would still give it a go ! as you are not using the official logo on the homepage and also try to mention that these are 2 different entities.

 

I like they pro-eyes darkness.

However, Google Adsense doesn't allow the entire site to be dedicated only to the ad or search bar.

He's not infringing Google, merely providing a link to Google and a search form. Google itself provides that through Adsense.

I would worry about trademark issues as well. Even with that though you really need to spell check and make it read correctly.

Should say something like: I use Google a lot and because of the strain it places on my eyes I made this "pro-eyes" version of Google.

'translators' not 'traslators'

 

definitely you will get into trademark and copy right issues. It would be better if you use another domain name that doesn't have the word 'google' in it. and i'm not sure they are allowed you to do exact the same service as google site themself or not. normally you can use search bar just as an additional feature on your site but not as a main feature.

Nice job. One question, why don't you have the web search bar right on the home page? Also, white print on the black bacground could be hard to read for a long time.
