So if there is one thing to take away from this thread its Captain Crunch and Quaker Oats are both delicious.

Glad we sorted that out :D

You do not have to believe me, but I do have User ID # 3 here. :)

GoogleGuy is a real Google Engineer - it is no joke.

Again, I won't say how I know, or who it is. Believe it or not - its your call.

    No hostility at all.

If your going to come here and tell me I have no clue you should at least point out specifically what I have no clue about. Not just post so you can chime in and get your spam links in to your site cause you are the "seo expert".

Then you should also not post to a blog your labeling as the OFFICIAL adsense blog and misspell adsense. Because to me that sounds like some one with no clue.... course what do I know.

Entertaining thread. Personally I could give a darn about who Googleguy is, but this picture is of the supposed GoogleGuy in the dunk tank that night. I also saw this guy walking around in a Yellow Shirt later. Or maybe its an imposter which could be very likely. You know all the Google people and some not in Yellow tshirt all started to look alike by the end of the night. :)

I am convinced google guy is a real person. I think we all know beyond a shadow of a doubt it is not a robot.

But beyond that.. I am confused. Does GoogleGuy work for quaker oats? Own quaker oats? or is just a quaker?

If I could provide evidence of a blog where googleguy says he does not exist would this thread go back in time?

    Dear aeiouy:

Thank you for your recent inquiry ("Did you mean to search for giggle guy?).

Google Guy does not exist. He confirms that he does not exist in his only official blog, published at http://www.google-watch-watch.org where he specifically says, "I hate Google. My real name is NOT Google Guy. And the only thing I hate more than Google is Daniel Brandt".

We can also confirm at this time that Bob Mutch does not exist. He doesn't even have a blog to prove that he doesn't exist. We have no idea who Bob Mutch is or where he came from, although he does bear a striking resemblance to a female impersonator who used to work at Walmart just down the road from us.

Google can neither confirm nor deny an association with either Cap'n Crunch or Quaker Oats at this time. Be assured, however, that in due course Google intends to own everything not already owned by Microsoft. Yes, that includes your wife and children.

    Happy Googling.

    >>>I get it... so when google posts on a blog there is a person posting as googleguy its serious.
    Correct.
    >>>When they make a sign pointing to him at the google hq its a joke?
    Correct.
    >>>You may want to spell Adsense correctly.
Thanks just changed it. 3 out of 4 wasn't all that bad. As you may of noted spelling is not one of my strengths but I am trying hard.
    >>>Not just post so you can chime in and get your spam links in to your site...
So now sig links are spam according to you. I see you have links in your sig also. Are you sig links spam also?
    >>>If your going to come here and tell me I have no clue you should at least point out specifically what I have no clue about.
I didn't mean to be offensive there Shoe, sorry. Specifically I was noting you don't have a clue about who GoogleGuy is but lets change that to from "clue" to "idea" as my intent was not to be offensive.
    >>>ahhh i get the men of authority dressed in purple all mixed up sometimes or is it purple ?
Minstral is right it is black. The picture was taken by a low quality cell phone and the black hat and black sweater look purple for some strange reason.

Cute ... I've attached a thumnail from Shoemoney's site (nice pics SM!) - there is a good sense of humor in saying "wanna be on top" ... but I still think Zoolie's Google Girl rules! ;-)

You betcha, although I got a lot going on. Just got back from a big family fishing trip up in Seward Alaska but was pleasently surprised to see the Dlink DCS-6620G wireless webcam I had ordered show up ... so I've had about 24 hours to play with that. I may provide some live video when they pour my concrete patio hopefully (!) next week. After that, it's time to start putting out the Halloween stuff which is going to include Bugville - a $90 HUGE box of lighted bugs I found at Costco - I figure my Pink Flamingo's need some company! ;-)

Alek - Come on man that's ridiculous - at least make some attempt to conceal your blatant attempt for link building here!
