    I dont have adsense, banned.

    Domain parking with adsense could be great, about the legal aspect I am not sure.

    The word "Google", with an extra "e" tacked on to the end? That's guaranteed trademark infringement. If Google is the least bit interested in this they'll easily force you to surrender the domain to them.
