Mr Nikesh Arora (Indian Origin) former CBO of Google left the Search Giant to join SoftBank, low salary or Income don't seem to be reason for his exit, maybe better working and Career reason behind his exit from Google as he was mainly working on Sales there and as we normally know bank jobs are more relaxed and Google is not like Facebook where employees can have Snacks outside there desk even during Working Hours.... What's your thoughts about this and what would be the future of Display Advertising in google and is this going to effect other industries as Mr Nikesh was working on this mainly at Google?
