Googlecheckout vs Paypal (UK)

I am setting up a zen cart system and I am looking to integrate a payment system, either google checkout or paypal express.

Now the question is which is better?
I have been trying to search the web for any recent articles but they all seem to be old from 2006 and 2007.

There must have been lots of changes since then.

I'd use both; gives your users a bit more flexibility for payment.

Better to use Google checkout. Because ........ refer http://paypalsucks.com/ for reasons. Google Checkout will become the greatest competitor of PayPal.

    they are not comparable
    they offer different services
but Google checkout is definitely more safe for a seller

Recently joined Google as a seller. When our buyers go through to their site they find the sales page a little slow loading.
For recurring billing - this is non exisent with Google Checkout.

What type of product are you selling? I'm just curious why those are the only two options your considering.
