Googlebot visits

    hi!
    is it something that I should be concerned of if googlebot hasn't visited my web site for 3 days.

    for comparison:
    yahoo - over 2K visits a day
    msn - 50-60 visits a day.

    the web site has over 50K web pages indexed by google. PR5. 800-900 inbound links.

    Does your content change or is it totally static? I think Google may be more sophisticated in how it determines the frequency to (re)crawl your site. If you read about Google SiteMaps, you'll see that they are encouraging you to tell them how often your content gets updated - my theory is that they already have a pretty good idea based on past crawls.
