googlebot hit my site 5 times today

    once or twice within hours of each other. never seen that before on my site, should I be worried? Im kinda new at this but it kinda struck me as odd. Is that normal?

    nothing to be worried about. keep adding content and getting more backlinks and googlebot will come more often.

    Dude - the Gbot has hit my site about 3,000 times today! The last few days it's been pounding away harder than usual..
    Dont worry .. the more it visits your site the better - it means that it likes you..

    ahhhh great. As I said Im new to all this so this is excellent news. I guess Im finally doing something right lol. my site just started getting some decent traffic so I wasnt used to seeing gbot much. Maybe one of these days I'll get this 1,000s of times like you guys :)

    thanks again, now I can sleep. I thought I was doing something wrong or about to get in trouble... paranoid I guess. When you are new, you just have any idea about these things lol.
