    I was on crack to think I could maintain and promote ANOTHER site, much less a forum site. Looking for someone to take http://www.googleadforums.com/ off my hands.

    I built it as a dedicated Adsense & Adwords forum, but i run too many other sites...and figure despite spending a pretty penny setting it up, better not invest any more time to add insult to injury.

    Included in Sale:

    - Vbulletin License (Just upgraded to newest as well) (worth $160, as it's an owned license, and I just paid $30 for the upgrade)

    - Vbulletin Link-Directory Add-on (upper right of site, great feature, just shelled out $30 for it)

    - Vbulletin RSS Browser hack add-on

    - Custom skin with front page news, sidebar, etc. (Paid $30 for the skin template format, then customized)

    - Good relevant domain name.

    - This is a very buildable community. Site's only been up a little while, and like I said, have no time.

    Already built some link partners, etc. Domain registered 2 years.

    My BIN is simply making the money I spent setting it up back, or somewhere close. BIN = $220

    Yep, can you just clarify the hosting situation? If it is not on a separate server, could you move it?
