    Can anybody tell me about the importance of Google+ in SEO field & what is its effect in rankings.
    Is it really a factor for ranking???

    not yet, but surely Google will include Google+ in SEO ranking factor in the near future

    Google+ does not have a really active role in the ranking at the moment, but probably it will play a part in the future. Google will decide what site to have a higher ranking based on the number of +'s it recieves from the users. The higher number of +'s means a better ranking a low + count will mean a lower ranking.
