I have a site whose domain is 3 years old.When I check it's back links at google they are more than 18 and at yahoo and bing it has no back links.I don't know why this happened. I am using the following query to check the yahoo and bing back links. Yahoo: link:websitename bing: link:websitename I am really surprised about this fact becasue as I know google show only quality back links while yahoo and bing show all links for a site wheather they are coming from pr sites or not..
You have a 3 year old domain but did you build backlinks..?? Only having a old domain doesn't generates backlinks automatically. Also you can used backlinkwatch.com to check your site backlinks.
Dear Mitch , I am doing seo of my site since last two yars and I have build so many back links for it .I have impplemented so many off page activities like socail bookmarking , directory submission , article submission forum posting and web 2.0 but not getting any back links from yahoo with the fquery link:domain name But if I use the query like link: domain name( space after link Then I am getting 7 links from yahoo or bing .So I think query at yahoo to search back links have been changed.
Good to hear that you are doing SEO of your site from 2 years You can also check in this way in Yahoo and bing : links:domainname.com and what about using backlinkwatch.com did you check in it..
Hello to all, I own a site it ranks for many keywords but some times it show the url in result like domain.com.com.I mean to say it show two time .com.com at the end of site site url.Will any one tell me what could be the issue.
