I am using Google XML Sitemap on wordpress I just updated it now and it is giving the following error ERROR: sitemap is not a valid feed template I downloaded the file from ftp but it is showing the sitemap why is it not displayed in the browsers, is it visible to bot such as google, yahoo, bing etc. How to sort this problem. Someone please help.
use gsitecrawler software for your sitemaps. for google webmaster tool, if your sitemap has many pages, I recommend to use text file based sitemap, not xml sitemap.
Could you try give link to your XML sitemap? Else you might also want to consider using "A1 Sitemap Generator"
