    "Google has revealed a new page ranking system for images called VisualRank ... VisualRank works using image recognition software, which groups images together that seem most similar to each other. It then estimates 'visual hyperlinks' which in turn produces a final ranking."

    Yet another good reason to add relevant images to your stuff, with strong alt attribute text...

    Oh no! One Page Rank already caused so much commotion and so many threads to be created in DP, I cant imagine what Visual Rank would cause.

    Some say google devalued alt tags and the like.. But I guess they are wrong.. oh well.. I believe Images with alt tag really help you when it comes to rankings..

    image search works well for me already. Thousands of visits each month from Google image search. Alt tag is not dead and I am pleased to see Google developing something like that
