Some seriously heavy G update perhaps, who knows

There is more about Google Wolf Update here :)

I hear it is a lie detector update, detects all sorts like link masks and such like as well as detecting bullshit in text but just what the truth is who knows, perhaps the G with the Google Wolf Update...

Well, the wolf pack goes out and rips apart any webmasters and SEOs it finds have spammed (either links or content). Then it eats all images, steals your Adsense earnings and bans you.

It's the greatest prevarication ever. Fear it, my friend.

This may not be a bad thing! If your site is not lying and trying to cheat people then you should have nothing to fear from the 'big bad wolf'.

Nobody can really be sure on how the next Google update is going to be like so all we can do now is await for the SERPs update, test and optimize accordingly.

As long as you don't spam and have quality content with relevant links, then you should be fine. Good does this all the time but it isn't effecting my websites at all.

Spammers can never totally be crushed. The good ones will adapt to whatever algorithm that google does. The only way to prevent that would be to rank sites based on manual review, which will never happen. So long as backlinks remain king, SEO will be a thriving industry. That said, hopefully this latest update won't hurt us too much :)

I am agreed with SERPpoint's post..And also would like to suggest you all that if we will do quality work by only keeping in mind our visitors not search engine then no any update whether it is Panda, Penguin Wolf, Tiger, Zebra, Monkey, Donkey, Etc, can harm us..:D :D
