Google Wireless Transcoder ???

    Hello

    When I check my recent page load activity on my website using StatCounter.com I notice several visits from Google bot called "Google Wireless Transcoder" , see screen shots below

    what is that bot ?

    I don't know the answer to your question, but I would like to know what program you are using to view your visitors. My cpanel doesn't give that much detil.

    Not really a bot. Someone visited your page throught one of the Google service as below:

    http://www.google.com/gwt/n

    Try to visit your own page then check your host stat, you'll see your IP has been masked with the Google's IP and the user-agent Google Wireless Transcoder.

    Rearranges websites and web pages simplified for mobile phone web browsers, but think of it as an anonymous proxies browsing if you want to :)

    Its for mobile for sure coz everything is small.. and mainly text only
