    Hello guys, i just received email from google...i emailed them to ask about fraud click.

    "I wanted to let you know that in the future, we may adjust your
    payment for any days during which invalid clicks occurred. This helps us
    protect the integrity of the AdSense program and properly credit
    advertisers for any invalid activity.
    "

    I think, we will not get banned if there is fraud click...google will adjust our payment, right ??? Good News :)

    This is not an indication of some change in their policy. They are just saying that, if they determine in the future that you indeed DID get fraudulent clicks, then they reserve the right to go back and adjust or zero your balance for those days.

    Google will never value us the publishers. In the their TOS and emails, there will be forever: "To protect our advertisers, we'll have to ban you if there's click-fraud."

    I mean how stupid is that? Somebody like your rival clicks 100 times on your adsense, you'll be banned. That is just stupid! And nothing is more stupid than that, considering we give them nice million-dollar commission cut every year, yet they do nothing about it. Google is plain lazy and stupid.

    they will care very soon because lately the revenue from adsense it is decreasing and a lot of publishers are switching to different way of monetising sites;
    For example i changed an adsense based site into a paid membership subscription and i am making much more than before;
    Unfortunately not all sites are suitable for this change so for the rest i am still thinking.

    Google earns because of we publishers. There need to be a more responsible approach to publishers grievance rather than treating them as puddle of mud pissed by a frog. Banning an account permanently just because a competitor f**ks it is surely a blatant monopolistic practice. Publishers doesn't have a unified platform. They interact with G independently. What we need is a unified publishers voice Until there is a Union of Publishers (UOP) we are bound to be at receiving end and never hold a bargaining chip. This is what can be appropriately termed as iColonialism.

    No, I think they are just saying they are going to finally start giving credits to AdWords advertisers (like myself) who get scammed by overzealous AdSense users. :)

    not sure if that will happen, there are lot of fraud activities and they would continue to punish those who cheat.
    in case if google takes the responsibility then its really good for publishers.

    Thats just the satandard email they send to anyone whose account has seen susppicious activity. They do reserve the right to ban account outright.

    The idea of creating Union of Adsense Publishers is really cool. How do we start?

    We'll team up and demand some changes for publishers to protect their accounts.

    LOL! Thanks for the chuckle. I wish I was lazy and stupid enough to earn over 10 BILLION dollars last year with huge growth.

    Saying that Google doesn't care about publishers is a little harsh. G makes billions of dollars a year from publishers. They don't want to lose that. They do care about us but they care about advertisers more. They will do anything they can to keep the advertisers happy. They are, after all, the one who pay Google the money.

    If you think you are being treated unfairly by Google, fine, just don't use them. No one is forcing you to put AdSense ads on your site.

    Unions are actually for employees. AdSense publishers are not employees. The right term is probably "association" or something. Or, you can just get 20 million page view per month and become a premium publisher. Then you can talk directly to Google.

    Well, we all know that frauds are very relevant these days. I am of the opinion that Google is only trying to draw our attention on fraud clicks and would take action only in the case of such fraud click.There is no need to panic with regard to any change in policy by google, in the near future.

    A friend of mine got that message from Google. He's very concerned that somebody would bomb his account.

    Suddenly he's banned anyway after 1 year of service.

    Let's see if Google will treat you fairly or not within the next 7 days. Don't eat your words if they ban you next week.
