No it's not applicable since you didn't make those movies and songs, it's called copyright infrigment. Read the rules of adsense.
Yea adsense wont approve you for a site like that. Better off making a new site with your own content, getting visitors then applying for adsense. After that you should be fine to add adsense to that music site.
I'm sorry to tell you this but Google won't approve this kind of stuffs besides you don't have all the right from all of those songs or any other media products.
why you don't try to write some article or review about media related your work ? maybe google want approved thats
