Google- why is it so?

    Hi,

    I have searched two keywords in google:

    1) best designed website , and found elixirwebsolutions.com is on 49
    2) outsource flash design, and found elixirwebsolutions.com is on 46

    Now if you see the Title and Description shown in google serps is different for these two keywords for the same site.

    Does it means that google update its index according to keywords?
